$160.00 for gallery members. To qualify for membership rates individuals

This is the second
visit from artist Graham Flatt, a western artist whose watercolors reflect
his passion for painting.
Primarily self-taught in the areas of design and composition, Flatt has
attended a variety of watercolor workshops over the years. His dedication
to watercolor painting has allowed him to experience many influences which
have ultimately resulted in his signature style of painting. Flatt is
a bold, direct painter with an emphasis on strong design elements. Working
with a limited palette, Flatt maintains a delicate balance between passion
and design.

University
of Saskatchewan Community Arts Program
This
program leads to the 'University of Saskatchewan Certificate of Art and
Design'.
The
U of S is pleased and excited about how quickly the program has attracted
students as well as teachers - all anxious to be
involved
in the only offering of its kind in Saskatchewan! Students can currently
major in one of 5 streams - painting, drawing, watercolour painting, and
sculpture and photography/digital imagery. Elective courses include creative
writing, contemporary song writing, glass fusion, romance writing, ceramics,
illustrating and writing books, fibre arts, among many others. The U of
S is proud too about the partnerships we have forged with the University
of Waterloo Centre for Cultural Management, Routes to Learning Canada
and the University of Alberta.
These partnerships
enable our students to apply online cultural management courses, educational
travel opportunities and shared classes - towards their USCAD certificate.

Creative
Partnership Program
The Chapel Gallery
undertook a new and unique alternative to the creation of an artist in
residence program; the residency was a first of its kind in Saskatchewan.
The resident artist was employed to work with up to eight regional artists
in a mentorship capacity, with the intent that the artists would work
together on individual career development and community development initiatives.
Ending Note
I trust you
found this website enjoyable and full of opportunities.
